Eggs’n’Spinach

E nevoie de:

200 g spanac
1 ou
50 g Cheddar
1 catel de usturoi
frunze de menta
vin rosu sec
sare, piper, piper roz

Opțional: Gran cuccina

Mod de preparare:

Se aromatizeaza intr-o tigaie 3 linguri de ulei de măsline cu usturoiul, se adaugă spanacul, se condimentează cu sare, piper si piper roz, Gran Cuccina, putin vin rosu. Dupa ce s-a rumenit spanacul, se adaugă frunzele de menta si se dau prin blender.
Intr-un recipient rezistent termic se toarnă spanacul, oul si cheddar-ul. Se lăsa la cuptor ( 180 grade ) pana se gratineaza brânza.
