Quinoa for Breakfast

Stay young and beautiful☀️My brekkie today : quinoa, banana, nuts, cinnamon, stevia sugar. This is delicious! Word!

For a delicious change I recommend this healthy mixture, that doesn’t take a lot of time to prepare.

It is high on fiber and protein. 

Quinoa is a hunger-curbing and power-packed nutritional all-star. Loaded with satiating protein (8 grams per cup) and filling fiber (5 grams per cup), this superfood digests slowly, which keeps blood sugar and insulin levels steady. You’ll also get impressive doses of doses of thiamin, vitamin B6, folate, zinc, potassium, magnesium and selenium, along with 15 percent of your daily iron needs. 

Quinoa is considered the mother of all grains!

I had leftover some quinoa, which I cooked, after rinsing in water, the evening before. I added a banana, cinamon, nuts and drizzled it with some stevia sugar, because I like it sweet.

Feel free to make a double or triple batch and keep it in the fridge for an even quicker breakfast.
