SOFT BOILED EGGS FOR DINNER | PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE

Your favorite breakfast is to become your favorite dinner.

Eggs are perfectly acceptable for dinner. For me, eggs are nutrient-dense superfood and have the potential to taste delicious anytime. 

Eggs are incredibly rich on choline, which is associated with brain development and happiness. 

The egg hasn’t had it easy: it’s bad image to high cholesterol. But at only 70 calories, one egg provides 20 nutrients.

So, keep on eating eggs.

I had 2 perfect soft boiled eggs, sea salt a lot of pepper and toasted bread.
