Nutella Cheesecake With Cookie Crumbles

E cea mai simpla prăjitura pe care am făcut-o vreodată. Neavând oua, nu se prepara la cuptor si este ideala pentru zilele de vara. Crema fiind foarte fina, se poate păstra si la congelator. Nu va face ace de gheata. 

Promit sa revin si cu varianta mai puțin calorică, îndepărtându-ma cât se poate se mult de zahăr, dar aici vorbesc de “ciocolata in ambele mâini”, de fericire. Si cred ca tot ce se consuma cu moderație, este in regula. 

Adică, sa folosesc crema de alune propusă de vegani, sa renunț la cele 60 de grame de zahăr din crema, sa folosesc Philadelphia light, untul sa fie de arahide, sa înlocuiesc biscuiții cu făina de migdale, nuci si alune sau chiar fistic. Si cine știe ce alte idei imi mai vin.

Iar la final sa folosesc fructe proaspete in loc de cookies. 


  • 250 g biscuiți ( Leibniz integrali)
  • 120 g unt
  • 600 g Philadelphia 
  • 1 borcan de Nutella
  • 60 g zahăr pudra
  • 6 cookies cu ciocolata

Biscuitii pisați se amesteca cu untul topit si o lingura de nutella. Se întinde intr-o forma rotundă, si se lasă la frigider.

Se amesteca crema de brânza cu zaharul si nutella. Se pune peste blatul de biscuiți. Peste am presărat cookies, pe câte i am zdrobit cu un cuțit. 

Am lăsat prăjitura la frigider 4 ore. 






450 de grame de zahar brun 

150 ml de apa

1 plic de zahar vanilat

150 de grame de unt cu 80% grasime

500 de grame de lapte praf ( Dr. Oetker )

85 de grame de cacao neagra 

Diferite nuci 


Zaharul, zaharul vanilat si apa se pun, intr-o cratita la fiert. Dupa ce siropul e suficient de legat, se da la o parte de pe foc si se topeste in el untul.

Se amesteca laptele praf si cacaua, de preferinta cernute, intr-un vas incapator.

Se raceste siropul cu unt cat sa se poata lucra cu el (40-45 de grade Celsius) si se toarna peste laptele praf omogenizat cu cacaua. Se amesteca. 

Se pune intr-o tava si se nivelează. Eu adaug mixul de nuci la final. După ce sta la frigider, peste noapte, de exemplu, se taie si se lasă afara, sa se usuce, altfel ea rămâne gumată.

I was in a mood of cooking yesterday and remade my own style Thai Soup.

This time I used some turkey file. The mixture of all those ingredients, the sour of lime juice and the spicy aftertaste is great. I encourage you to try it, the preparation needs minimal time, minimal stress and minimal chaos in your chicken. 

Preparing Thai food can be challenging because the ingredients are pretty exotic. 

The soup is light, is poor in calories. I could have used instead of turkey some scampis, but I will next time. The good part is that there is no rule in adding the ingredients. So, easy peasy. 

I also cooked pasta with mussles and shrimps, in an AOP sauce, with lime juice and Chilli Sesame Beef Slices, with fresh pepper and hot pepper, soy and sweet chilli. Separately a grilled some veggies and oven potatoes with herbs de Provence.

No menue without something sweet: Apfelstrudel with vanilla icecream and mom’s pancakes with nutella.

Eggs are perfectly acceptable for dinner. For me, eggs are nutrient-dense superfood and have the potential to taste delicious anytime. 

Eggs are incredibly rich on choline, which is associated with brain development and happiness. 

The egg hasn’t had it easy: it’s bad image to high cholesterol. But at only 70 calories, one egg provides 20 nutrients.

So, keep on eating eggs.
